Shipping and Return Policy

The average time it will take to ship most non-preorder items is 1-3 business days, excluding holidays and weekends.

To reduce packaging and shipping costs, orders containing only stickers or small prints will be shipped out in stamped envelopes. These orders will not have tracking numbers.

All other orders will have tracking.


All orders will ship from Atlanta, GA, USA.

For international orders, I am not responsible for delays that may occur due to customs.

It is the customer's responsibility to double check that their information is correct. If a package is returned due to customer error, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for reshipment

Returns and Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact me immediatly. Cancellations for ready-to-ship items must be made prior to shipment.

Cancellations for preorder items must be made before the preorder window closes, as preorder funds are used to pay for the production of the items.

Once an item has shipped or is in production, you may not request cancellation.

I do not accept refunds or returns on orders that were shipped with correct, undamaged items. Please be sure of your purchase before ordering.


Lost and Misplaced Orders

I am not responsible for items that are lost after dropping them at the postal office as I have no control over them from that point, therefore I  cannot replace or refund in these events. I am, however, happy to help with filing a claim if possible.
